The rates vary due to events that are taking place in the Las Vegas area.

Cancellation Policy: A $35 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations from the time of booking to five days prior to the check in date. All cancellations inside of four days of the check in date will be charged one room night. A no show will be charged for ALL the nights reserved - no refunds. Those departing early will not be refunded for any unused nights.
