Depart in our comfortable touring vehicle with the best driver and guides in Las Vegas . Guests who participate during our summer hours (June-September) will begin with a tour of the 1880’s Eldorado Canyon Mine. The visit consists of a two-hour guided tour above and below ground that will take you into the mine and its history. It begins with a walking tour of the old Techatticup Millsite, where ore was brought out of the mine and separated into gold and silver. The tour will proceed into the Savage Mine about 500 feet. You will be able to view the actual veins that miners chased. The air temperature of the mine remains at a comfortable 70 degrees all year.

Add to your visit to Eldorado Canyon Mine one of our optional ATV and horseback riding tours. The ATV tour is a half-hour back country trip through Nevada ’s amazing landscapes. If you have a sense of adventure, this additional tour is for you! For that full Western experience, the horseback ride option is the thing to do. With some of the best wranglers in the West, you can spend an hour feeling like John Wayne while riding through beautiful cactus country. Those who choose not to add the ATV or horseback riding tours will participate in the full two-hour tour of the mine.

Afterward, we will journey to the next destination—the historic Hoover Dam. You will have a full two hours at the dam, including time to go through the all-access Hoover Dam Discovery Tour and to experience the Visitor Center and exhibit halls.

During our summer tours, after this fun-filled excursion, we will stop at another must-see of the city—the Ethel M. Chocolate Factory. Enjoy a free sample of gourmet chocolate as you tour the factory and stroll through the beautiful cactus gardens.

Guests participating during winter hours (October-May) won’t miss a thing. The tour simply switches to begin with the Hoover Dam tour and then be followed by the tour of Eldorado Canyon Mine.

TOUR LENGTH:
Allow 8 hours from your departure at the Miracle Mile to your Las Vegas return. This time does not include pickup and drop off at the Las Vegas hotels. Length of tour is also subject to traffic conditions at the Hoover Dam and on Las Vegas Blvd and/or security delays. All times are approximate and a fuel surcharge may apply.

PRIOR TO TOUR:
Please call us from 48 to 24 hours prior to your tour to confirm the pick-up time and location, since occasionally these change due to construction or special events.
PICK-UP:
Please call us at 655-6060 if for some reason you are not picked up at the confirmed time. Do not wait more than five minutes without calling.
HOTEL DROP OFF SERVICE:
We will return to the Miracle Mile Mall, where each customer has the option of getting off the coach to eat, drink, shop or stroll the mall and we will provide shuttle service to take you back to your hotel. The time of this shuttle will be provided by the driver as you depart the coach. This is not on demand service. It will run once, therefore if you miss the shuttle you are at center strip and just a short cab fare from most hotels. We ask all those who wish to take advantage of this offer be responsible by being on time for the shuttle. We cannot wait as we are committed to providing prompt service for you, our Premium Deluxe customers. For winter tours passengers will be returned directly to their hotel in Las Vegas.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
We will be happy to make changes (dates and times) with ample notice and subject to availability. Cancellations outside of 48 hours prior to pick-up time will result in a $35 per person processing fee. For cancellations inside of 48 hours from pick-up, there will be no refund. No-shows will be responsible for the entire cost of the tour.
